Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the basic conditions for using 香港創科星途有限公司 Amazon Operations Platform. By using the platform or authorizing the application, the seller confirms that it has the right to authorize access to the relevant Amazon seller account.

Authorized use

The platform may be used for lawful seller operations, including order review, inventory planning, listing operations, FBA coordination, pricing review, and business reporting. Users may not use the platform to violate Amazon policies, applicable law, or third-party rights.

Amazon authorization

The platform accesses Amazon seller data only after authorization through Amazon Seller Central or Amazon's approved authorization flow. Each seller account is responsible for managing its own authorization and user permissions.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential, maintaining appropriate internal permissions, and promptly notifying the operations team of suspected unauthorized access or account changes.

Data handling

香港創科星途有限公司 uses Amazon data only for the operational purposes described in the service and Privacy Policy. The company does not sell Amazon data and does not share Amazon data with unauthorized third parties.

Service availability

The platform is provided as an operations support platform. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, Amazon API limits, seller authorization status, or third-party service interruptions.
