Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to 香港創科星途有限公司 Amazon Operations Platform, an operations management solution for authorized Amazon seller accounts. The platform uses Amazon Selling Partner API only after a seller account has authorized the application.

Information we access

Depending on seller authorization and approved Amazon SP-API roles, the platform may access operational seller data such as order status, SKU and quantity information, inventory data, product listing information, FBA status, pricing information, and business reports.

Buyer personal information

The platform is designed to operate without collecting buyer personal information such as buyer name, phone number, email address, or delivery address, unless a specifically approved business process and Amazon role authorization requires it.

How data is used

Amazon data is used only to provide authorized seller operations services, including order management, inventory planning, listing operations, FBA coordination, pricing review, and business reporting. 香港創科星途有限公司 does not sell Amazon data and does not share Amazon data with unauthorized third parties.

Data sharing

Seller data is not sold, rented, exchanged, or disclosed for advertising purposes. Data is shared only with authorized personnel or service providers when required to operate, secure, support, or comply with the service, and only under appropriate confidentiality and access controls.

Security

香港創科星途有限公司 uses HTTPS/TLS for data transmission, access controls for authorized users, secure handling of API credentials, and operational logging. API credentials and refresh tokens are not intentionally exposed in public source code, public documents, or application logs.

Data retention and deletion

Seller data is retained only as needed for authorized operations, support, auditing, and legal or contractual requirements. Seller authorization may be revoked through Amazon Seller Central. After authorization is revoked, the platform stops using the revoked authorization. Data deletion requests can be submitted through the contact email below.

User rights

Authorized sellers may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of their data where applicable. Requests are reviewed against contractual, operational, legal, and Amazon policy requirements.

Incident response

If a data security incident is suspected, the operations team reviews the event, limits access where required, preserves relevant logs, and notifies affected parties or authorities when required by applicable law, contract, or Amazon policy.
